I was asked to paint this wall in Sydney’s Inner West yesterday. It was a super hot day, and the block had no shade at all. I had to protect both my head, and my paint. All painted with acrylic and rollers.
When the area of Leichhardt was in it’s infancy, this block was a Piggery which was renowned for it’s sub par health standards and living conditions for it’s porky residents. I chose words which represent what kind of environment a pig should be allowed to live in.
